We rarely discuss the State and Federal Marketing Laws that govern Real Estate Professionals. This class will discuss what Real Estate Agents need to know to Do Do and Don't Do in their marketing efforts legally. We will also go over National Association of Realtors "Marks" and how to appropriately use the term REALTOR®. This will hopefully keep you out of the Ohio and Federal No, Nos in order to keep you from monetary or legal issues.
