My mortgage experience began in 1982 as a Loan Processor at First Federal Savings and Loan in Lima.  I have worked in Loan Servicing as well as Originations, I even spent a few years as an Underwriter.  I specialize in working with low to moderate income first time homebuyers who appreciate receiving down payment assistance.  I am also an experienced Government loan Lender.  Fifth Third is currently offering up to $4,600 in down payment and closing cost assistance.   During my non-working hours I volunteer at the Humane Society.  I enjoy helping the abused and neglected animals of Allen County find their forever home.
