Secondary BROKER Membership

Broker members of different local association may join WCAR as a secondary member to allow agents to become a primary member.

Effective July 12, 2022 - Applications received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Follow the steps below to join the West Central Association of REALTORS and subscribe to the WCAR MLS which covers Allen, Hardin and Van Wert counties.

Submit a completed membership application and pay the membership dues.
Our office will send you an email with your REALTOR ID number and MLS login credentials within 24 hours. (Excluding Weekends)
Navica training is available on the dashboard or contact our office.
Familiarize yourself with current WCAR MLS Rules and Regulations.
