REALTOR® Membership

Your WCAR membership includes National, State and Local associations as a REALTOR®. New members have a one time $250 application fee.

2025 Annual Membership Fees:

National Association of REALTORS® $201
Ohio REALTORS® $295
West Central Association of REALTORS® $220
TOTAL $716

New member dues are prorated to your application date.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Subscription

MLS fees are invoiced quarterly at $100.00 plus tax.

Anyone applying for access during the following months will receive an invoice for the current quarter, then a second invoice for the next quarter: FEBRUARY, MARCH, MAY, JUNE, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, NOVEMBER, AND DECEMBER. No proration available.

Applications received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Membership credentials will be sent within 24 hours of approval. (Excluding Weekends and Holidays)
