Submitting a WCAR Broker Transfer Form is the best and most efficient way to update your brokerage information.

Complete the steps below to update your records with WCAR, OR, NAR, WCAR MLS and Supra if applicable.

If your previous Broker has given permission for you to take ACTIVE listings, you will need to send the Broker withdrawal requests from your clients and have the broker send us an email in writing that he releases the listings. Then we will update the MLS.
